Weather
Full View cannot be held liable for unscheduled changes to the weather. Factoring in the UK weather is part of our planning process, therefore we advise clients to provide two separate dates for the operation to take place.
Notice
Operations can only commence once all pre-flight checks and airspace permissions are complete. Planning is an integral part of aviation and critical to a safe and successful operation.
Operational Envelope
Full View is certified to operate up to 120m Above Ground Level and within a 500m radius of the pilot. Whilst it is possible to operate outside these parameters, clients must allow 28 days for application to the CAA to be approved.
Operations Manual
To operate legally in UK Airspace, Full View must operate within the parameters set out in our Operations Manual.
Go/No Go
The Pilot in Command is responsible for a ‘Go’ or ‘No Go’ decision. If at any time the Pilot thinks the flight will risk injury to persons or property, a No Go decision will be made. A full explanation will be given and we will continue to work with you to help achieve your objective.
Imaging Rights
All images and video captured is for the sole use of the client only. Full View reserve the right to use images and video for promotional purposes. All clients have the option to refuse media from being used for promotional purposes, which must be specified in writing before the operation commences.
Quotation
Quotes and financial commitments by Full View are based on the assumption that all information and detail provided by the client are accurate. Full View maintains the right to renegotiate any quotation or financial commitment should any information and detail provided by the client be inaccurate.
Payment
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless agreed otherwise. In accordance with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998. Delayed payments will accrue interest at the Bank of England Dealing rate of 8% per month.
